2007 Cabernet Franc Wine Reviews
2007 An exceptional wine!

90 Points, GOLD MEDAL - "Exceptional"
Deep garnet purple color. Dense aromas of raisins, creme brulee, cocoa, and beeswax candle with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a rich, chewy, cigar tobacco and salted nut finish. Delicious and fine tuned for the table.
92 Points
Cabernet Franc is a difficult variety on its own, but Jarvis does an excellent job. This is still quite tannic, with a hard, astringent mouthfeel to the cherry, blackberry and dark-chocolate flavors. Give this a few more years of aging.
