2004 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
94 Points. Gold Medal. Beverage Testing Institute. Dense, reserved aromas of cassis custard, honeycomb, rhubarb pie, cocoa, smoked paprika, and earth follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with excellent depth and vibrant structure. Finishes with a long, olive accented, chewy tannin coda. A stately table wine to serve with the finest steaks. |
